Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to package directions, but use a large saucepan. When the macaroni is cooked and drained, return it to the saucepan. After mixing in the milk, margarine and cheese sauce, add 3/4 cup grated cheese and mix well. Set aside.
While the macaroni is cooking, brown the meat, chopping it into small chunks. Remove from heat and drain, if necessary. Add the green beans and olives to the meat and mix well.
Add the meat mixture to the macaroni and cheese mixture and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Cover the casserole and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes to an hour until heated through. Remove from the oven and allow to stand 5-10 minutes; serve.
