1 bag (3 cup) reduced fat Italian blend shredded cheese, divided

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 400°F. Take a medium sized deep metal baking dish and prep with spray canola oil. With a fork blend the egg substitute with the cottage cheese, spinach, 4 oz. of the sauce, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
Pour mixture into prepared metal pan. Spread it out evenly so there are no holes or gaps. Top evenly with remaining shredded cheese. Drizzle in a streusel like manner with remaining sauce.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
