Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons of butter
4 red potatoes, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
4 small tomatoes, chopped
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon basil
2 bay leaves
3 bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon sugar

Place oil in large skillet on med-low heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 5 min till onion begins to soften.

Add pork chops and half salt and pepper. As pork starts to turn white, flip.

Add remaining ingredients in order. Reduce heat, cover, and continue to cook on low heat on stove for 1 hour or longer.
