In pot, combine soups and milk. Over medium heat, stir until well blended.
Add vegetables, chicken, onion flakes, and spices. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Reduce to simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add additional milk to thin out if needed but this is a moderately thick mixture.
Bake biscuits according to package directions. Let biscuits cool slightly. Split biscuit and pour chicken mixture over the top and serve.
