Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons canola or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
2 lb chicken, steak, or venison
2 Tablespoons canola or olive oil
1 pouch of garlic and herb seasoning
4 cups Romaine lettuce
4 cups green leaf lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 bag croutons

Let's Make It
1. Mix the first six ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Cube and cook meat in a skillet with the 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic and herb seasoning til desired doneness (chicken must be completed cooked). Add meat to the above mix. Cover and chill. Chop lettuces. Chop eggs. Chill till ready to serve.
3. Combine meat (include the seasonings), lettuce, parmesan, and eggs. Sprinkle croutons on top.
