Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef and drain. Mix 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce with the browned beef.
Spray 8x13 glass pan with non stick spray. Heat tortillas in microwave in a damp paper towel as instructed on the package. Roll 1/4 cup of beef mixture in each tortilla and place tightly in baking dish. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
