Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/4 cup salted butter
1 1/2 cups prepared biscuit mix
1 can (12 oz.) cream of chicken soup
2 cups frozen or fresh mixed veggies (green beans, sweet peas, carrots, celery, red bell pepper strips, onion, and broccoli) or a combination of your favorite veggies
1 cup boneless skinless chicken breast, chunked
4 oz Kraft Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese

Melt butter in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour in biscuit mix (do not stir).

In a separate dish, mix together soup, veggies, and chicken. Pour over biscuit mix (do not stir, but spread evenly.)

Place in a 400 degrees F preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until golden. Let rest for 5 minutes.
