Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 chicken cutlets
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen spinach
1/2 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Honey mustard
1/2 stick butter
1 cup Italian bread crumbs

If cutlets are too thick, pound chicken to 1/4" thick or less. Set aside. Prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to pkg. directions and set aside. Defrost frozen spinach in microwave. When defrosted, (be careful, it will be hot) put spinach in a kitchen towel or cheese cloth and ring out all water. Add spinach and Kraft Parmesan Cheese to stuffing. Mix well.

Put the stuffing mix on 1/2 of the chicken. Now fold the other side over the stuffing. Brush the top with honey mustard. Melt butter. Now add the Italian bread crumbs to butter and put on top of the chicken.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. ENJOY!!!
