1/4 cup sliced pepperoni, halved
1 frozen 9" pie shell

Let's Make It
Place jellyroll pan on rack in center of oven. Preheat to 375. In large bowl, whisk eggs with 1/3 cup water and oregano until combined. Stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese, pepper stir-fry and sliced pepperoni.
Pour mix into pie shell.
Bake on hot pan until filling is set, 30 min sprinkling with remaining cheese the last 5 min.
