Prep cut whole mushrooms in fourths and cut broccoli to your liking.
In a medium size skillet, melt butter at a medium high heat and then add a dash of soy sauce to the skillet. Meanwhile in a medium size pot, boil water and then add mushrooms and broccoli. Allow to steam for 7 to 10 min and stir occasionally. Dash with kosher salt, strain then set aside.
Cook pork until no longer pink inside. Remove pork chops from skillet. Cut into bite size pieces and place in a serving dish and arrange broccoli and mushrooms on top. Serve teriyaki sauce in little saucers and allow others to pour desired amount on their pork and veggie dish.
