Original recipe yields 1 serving
3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 lb package medium egg noodles
2 oz Velveeta Cheese Product
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can of milk
8 oz Taco Bell Thick Salsa (medium or hot depending on taste)

Let's Make It
Cook chicken breasts in skillet sprayed with non-stick coating over medium heat for 8-10 min or until no longer pink inside. Cut chicken into bite size pieces when done. Cook noodles according to package directions for baking. Drain well.
Spray 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish with non-stick spray. Chunk Velveeta Cheese into pieces. Add chicken, noodles and butter to casserole dish and mix well. Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheese and salsa and mix well. Cover casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
