Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and blend. Add butter to dry mixture and with clean hands mix till you have no large visible pieces of butter and it is all blended evenly. Set aside.
Preheated oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour large lasagna baking pan. Peel, core and slice into 6 wedges per apple and pear. Add apples and pears to baking pan. Add blueberries on top. Sprinkle crumble over top.
Bake uncovered for 45 min or till crumble is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling. Cool and serve or refrigerate and enjoy cold.
