1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1 Tbsp olive oil
8 oz fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Toast walnuts lightly in skillet ahead of time and set aside until adding them at the end. Cook beans in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.

In skillet over medium heat, saute mushrooms, in olive oil until tender (8-10 minutes).

Stir in garlic, lemon zest and green beans until warmed through. Top with walnuts and cheese, salt and pepper.
