Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 can black beans
1 can chili beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can regular beans (no pork)
1 can black olives (optional)
Approx. 1/2 cup water
8-10 chicken strips, cut into smaller bite-size pieces
Celery, diced
Sweet onion, diced
Diced red & green pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
1-2 Tbsp chili powder
1/8 red ground pepper

Mix all beans and black olives, add water. Cut up chicken strips and toss in. Dice celery, onions, and peppers; add to pan. Add seasoning to taste.

Bring to a slow boil, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Reduce heat and simmer for approx. 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
