Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package active dry yeast
3/4 cups warm water
1 cup warm milk
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Sour Cream
1/4 cup melted light butter
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 heaping cups low fat granola
1 egg
4-5 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 egg white mixed with 1 Tbsp. water

In small bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix together milk, brown sugar, sour cream, butter, flax seed, oatmeal, and granola. Add yeast mixture and 1 egg. Slowly kneed in half the flour, then the peanuts and raisins, and then kneed the rest of the flour until smooth. Let rise covered in a warm place for an hour.

Uncover and punch dough down, separate dough in half and put into 2 sprayed bread pans, cover and let rise for an hour.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush loaves with egg white mixture and sprinkle with extra granola and raisins if desired, cook for 35 minutes.
