3 large frozen chicken breasts
Chicken broth
Green enchilada sauce
Parmesan cheese
Lime
Taco shells

Let's Make It

Put frozen chicken breasts into a crock-pot with some chicken broth and green enchilada sauce. Let cook for 6 hours. Take out of crock-pot and shred the chicken.

Mix the chicken with some green enchilada sauce and cover in parmesan cheese. Squeeze lime juice over the top of it.

Place the chicken in taco shells and smother with mozzarella cheese. Squirt a little more lime and serve.
