Original recipe yields 1 serving
Streusel Topping
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon cold butter
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
4 apples
4 Tbsp strawberry jelly/ jam or flavor of choice (may need more depends on size of apples)

For topping, in a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts

Cut off tops of apples, core center with small scoop. Fill centers with jelly. Sprinkle topping over apples.

Bake 350°F about 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
