17-20 Honey Maid Chocolate or plain Honey Maid Graham Crackers
Topping - Nuts and chips as desired: White chips or chocolate, Almonds, Pecans, Coconut
1/2 stick butter
1/3 cup sugar (I use just shy of 1/3 with granulated and complete with 2-3 Tbsp. brown sugar)
1 tsp vanilla OR 1 tsp. almond flavoring (If you are putting crushed almond, use almond flavoring)

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line sided jelly roll pan with parchment. Place unbroken 2” x 2” grahams all over pan one layer deep, best amount is 17 crackers. Sprinkle your desired toppings (not really thick/ dense) on top of the Grahams.
Bring butter and sugar to foaming boil (2 minutes), add flavoring -- CAREFUL NOT TO BURN OR OVER COOK. Quickly remove from the heat, and pour over the prepared Grahams, try to get mixture all over them, but if you miss the edges it is OK.
Bake for 5-6 minutes until bubbly- Do not over cook. Cool on racks.
