1/2 pound pasta
Dash salt
1 pound scallops
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
4 Tbsp white cooking wine
1 pound whole or cooked tomatoes
8 oz fresh or canned mushrooms
2 Tbsp flour
8 oz Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1. Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water until al dente, or about 6 minutes.

2. In a large saucepan, heat the scallops in the melted butter and cook until the scallops are lightly browned.

3. Add the wine, tomatoes and mushrooms together. Add flour and stir until thickened. Serve hot over pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
