Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 loaf garlic French bread
Mayonnaise and mustard
2-3 lb carne asada (roasted beef)
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
5-6 mushrooms, sauteed in butter or margarine
1-2 avocados, sliced
1 head lettuce, shredded
3 fresh jalapeno chili peppers, sliced (optional)
2 cups KRAFT 4 Cheese Mexican Finely Shredded Cheese
8 oz sour cream

Let's Make It
Bake the loaf garlic French bread until crust is crisp or brown on the edges. Rest 5 minutes or so and remove some of the white portion of the bread.
Spread loaf with mayonnaise and mustard. Layer the carne asada, chopped onions, garlic and tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, avocados, and lettuce. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream.
