2 package s (8-oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 jars Old English cheese
1 jar Roka Blue cheese
2 Tbsp grated fresh onion, drained on paper towels
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, divided
1/2 cup chopped parsley, divided

Let's Make It
Set cream cheese out to soften; mix in the Old English and Roka Blue cheeses. Gently fold in the grated onions. Chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to firm up.
On two separate sheets of aluminum foil, combine 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Divide the cheese mixture in half and "roll" in the pecan and parsley mixture.
Place cheese balls in glass bowls, cover with Saran wrap or foil and chill for an hour or two. Serve with your favorite crackers [Wheat Thins, Triscuits, Sociables are all wonderful.] Very pretty and quite tasty for the holidays. Enjoy!
