Let's Make It
In a gallon-size Ziploc bag, mix dry cake mix and dry pudding mix.
In a 16 ounce glass bowl or mug, mix: 1/2 cup pudding/cake mix, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 Tbsp. water, 1 Tbsp icing. Blend well.
Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Once done, gently hit the outside of the mug to get the cake to not stick to the sides. Then turn bowl/mug upside down on a plate and cake will almost be like a lava-type cake. Serve with ice cream.
