1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 can Green Giant Mexican style corn, drained
2 Tbsp zesty Italian dressing
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 pkg (4 oz.) Idahoan instant loaded baked potatoes
2 cups Kraft Shredded Mexican Style Cheese
1 Tbsp parsley flakes for garnishing

In large skillet fry hamburger until done about 5 minutes on medium high heat, drain all oil. Pour into a 9x19 casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

Add following: water, tomato paste, drained Mexican corn, zesty Italian dressing, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Combine meat mixture well. Topping: mix potatoes as directed on package. Spread over meat mixture. Sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese over potatoes. Sprinkle parsley flakes.

Cook in 350 degrees F oven for 40 minutes, until cheese has melted and a little golden brown.
