Original recipe yields 1 serving
8 cups bagged shredded coleslaw mix (red & green cabbage & carrots)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp course ground black pepper
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Kraft Miracle Whip
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice

In food processor chop 1/2 cup of coleslaw mix at at time, until pieces are the size of peas and transfer to large mixing bowl.

In blender combine sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed, milks, vinegar and lemon juice and pulse several times until sugar is dissolved. Pour liquid mixture over coleslaw, toss until mixture is well combined, and cover.

Chill for 2 hours or longer before serving.
