Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb beef stew meat (1 1/2 inch cubes)
Salt & pepper
2 Tbsp hot oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 jars (12 oz. each) beef gravy
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 lb small red potatoes, halved
2 cups baby carrots
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed

Let's Make It
SEASON meat with salt and pepper to taste. Brown meat in 2 Tbsp. hot oil in large skillet. Transfer meat to 5-qt. slow cooker.
STIR remaining ingredients except peas into slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on HIGH heat setting for 4 1/2 hours, or on LOW heat setting for 9 hours until meat is tender and vegetables are cooked.
STIR in peas during last 10 min. of cooking. Serve stew with crusty bread, if desired.
