1 whole turkey (about 13 lb.)
Salt & pepper
3 cloves minced garlic
4 Tbsp butter, room temp
1/4 cup whole-grain mustard
1 Tbsp Grey Poupon Mustard
1 Tbsp honey mustard
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Preheat oven to 375°F. Season inside and outside of turkey with salt and pepper.

In bowl, combine garlic, butter, mustards and rosemary. Spread 1/2 mustard mix under turkey skin. Tie legs together. Place turkey on rack in roasting pan. Tent with foil.

Roast 2 hours. Remove foil, roast 30 minutes more. Brush frequently with remaining mustard mix. Let sit for 15 minutes before carving.
