1 box long grain rice
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 bottle medium honey garlic sauce
2 green peppers
1 lb fresh mushrooms
2 green onions
Oil
1-1/2 cups frozen peas
2 eggs
Soy sauce

Day before: Cook rice; allow to cool. Cube chicken, marinate in garlic sauce overnight.

Cut vegetables, except for peas, and fry in oil for 5 minutes. Remove, add chicken, fry in oil until white. Add vegetables, except peas, to chicken. Add rice. Mix together with soy sauce until golden in color.

Add peas, 2 beaten eggs. Mix well, heat through.
