Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 big onion
Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups water
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 can (10.75 oz.) condensed cream of anything soup
Any type of vegetables handy (carrots, corn, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, and onion of course)

Mix together the ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs in oil. Transfer meatballs to a paper towel to drain.

In a soup pot, boil water and dissolve the bouillon cube in the boiling water. Stir in the undiluted cream of something soup. Add all vegetables, and meatballs, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, simmer 25-30 minutes.
