Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil chicken until tender. Once chicken in done boiling, take out of broth and set broth aside (you will need it later).
Make one box of stuffing according to box, and spread across bottom of casserole dish. Make second box of stuffing. Shred chicken into small pieces and mix with second box of stuffing. Spread over first layer of stuffing in casserole dish. In a small bowl mix cream of chicken soup with one can (use can from soup) of chicken broth. Pour over casserole evenly.
