Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 can cooked chicken
1 can mushrooms
2 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup Alfredo sauce
3/4 cup cottage cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. Kraft Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
4 cooked lasagna noodles, drained
1-1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
In a large skillet, warm olive oil and saute chicken, mushrooms, onion and garlic. Stir in flour until blended and add in Alfredo sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat a simmer without a lid for 5 min. Meanwhile in a separate bowl combine cottage cheese, egg, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and parsley.
Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture in an 8 in x 4 in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Layer 2 lasagna noodles (trimmed to fit pan), half the cheese mixture, 3/4 cup chicken mixture and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese. Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 min. Uncover and bake for 10 more min. Let stand for 10 min. before serving.
