Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 fryer chicken, 3 lb. cut into pieces
1 large egg
1/4 cup light cream
1 cup instant potato flakes
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a large baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. Wash chicken, trim off excess fat. Pat dry, set aside. In bowl, beat egg and cream. In another bowl, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, paprika and poultry seasoning. Blend in cheese.

Dip chicken pieces into egg mix. Roll chicken pieces in potato flake mix, coat evenly. Place chicken on baking dish. Sprinkle with melted butter.

Bake for 35 minutes, turning once. Increase oven temp to 425°F. Bake for another 10-15 min or until juices from thigh pieces run clear when pierced with fork.
