Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 jar (10 oz. jar) red currant jelly
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups orange juice
3 Tbsp Grey Poupon Spicy Brown Mustard
1 (8-10 lb.) smoked, fully-cooked bone-in ham half
36 whole cloves

Combine first 4 ingredients in med saucepan over med heat. Cook stirring constantly, until jelly melts and mix is smooth. Set aside.

Remove skin from ham and trim to 1/4 inch thickness. Make shallow cuts in fat 1" apart in diamond pattern. Push clove stems into center of each diamond. Place ham in roasting pan and pour jelly mix over ham.

Bake on lower rack for 2 hours and 30 minutes, basting with pan juices every 15 minutes. Remove ham from oven, let stand 20 minutes before carving.
