2 Tbsp chopped onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup butter, cubed
5 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp salt
2-1/2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
2 cups Kraft shredded reduced-fat Swiss cheese, divided
2 lb medium potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
2 cups julienned fully cooked lite ham
2 cups broccoli florets (if frozen, thaw and pat dry)

In lg skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter for 4 min or until crisp-tender. Stir in flour, pepper and salt until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil, cook, stir for 2 min or until thickened. Stir in 1 cup of cheese. Reduce heat, cook for 2 min or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat; gently stir in the potatoes, ham and broccoli.

Spray a 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking dish with cooking spray. Transfer food to baking dish.

Cover, bake at 350°F for 40 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 min or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
