Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 green pepper
1/2 sweet onion
2 carrots
1 lb ground sirloin
1 lb ground turkey
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 whole egg
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/2 cup Kraft Parmesan Grated cheese
1 can (12 oz.) tomato sauce, divided

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F. Chop the green pepper, onion and carrots. Mix ground sirloin and turkey together. Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, black and red pepper and mix into meat. Mix in chopped vegetables. Mix in egg. Break up bread into tiny pieces and mix into meat. Add parmesan. Mix in 6 oz. of tomato sauce.
Bake for 1 hour or until center of meatloaf is brown.
Heat the remaining tomato sauce on stove top and pour over the top of the meatloaf after removing from oven.
