2 cup sugar
2 cups evaporated milk
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
8 small eggs
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Cool Whip (garnish)
Strawberries (garnish)

Melt sugar in skillet till caramelizes (will be golden brown). Pour 1/2 into 2 bread loaf pans. Swirl to coat. Blend milks, eggs, cream cheese & vanilla in blender until well blended. Let sit.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place 2 inches of water in 10x13 pan. Divide filling in blender into 2 bread loaf pans and place in 10x13 pan.

Bake about 1 hour 10 minutes until set. Let cool. Unmold unto serving platter. Chill, Cut into slices and garnish with Cool Whip and strawberry.
