Preheat oven to 375°F. In medium size bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

In large bowl, beat butter & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, and then mix in sour cream & vanilla. Add dry ingredients & mix until smooth. Fold in berries by hand.

Bake 18 - 24 minutes until done. Cool in pan for 5 minutes.
