Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 head Chinese or Napa cabbage
2 bunches green onions
1 pkg slivered almonds
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup oil
6 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
4 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp accent
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 pkg ramen noodles (chicken flavor)

1. Chop cabbage and green onions and place in a large bowl. Sauté almonds in butter and drain. Add to bowl.

3. Dressing: In a jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, accent, salt, pepper, and 2 packages of chicken flavor and shake well.

3. Wait to put dressing on the slaw until right before serving. AFTER you add the dressing, then add the Ramen Noodles (you don’t want the noodles to get soggy).
