4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, uncooked
Taco seasoning, to taste
1/4 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Baked Cheese Doritos, crushed into crumb consistency
1 cup salsa (or to taste)
4 slices fat free pepper jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season chicken on both sides with the taco seasoning. On a plate mix the shredded cheddar and crumbs. Dip the chicken, pressing down to coat.

Place chicken on a baking sheet and top with salsa.

Bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes. Top with pepper jack cheese slices and return to the oven until melted.
