1 loaf bread
1 lb cooked sausage
12 eggs
2 pt half-and-half
12 oz cheddar jack cheese

Let's Make It

Butter both sides of bread and make a layer on bottom of pan. Cover with cooked sausage. Beat eggs and half-and-half and pour over and top with cheese.

Cover with foil and let sit in fridge overnight.

In the morning cook at 400°F for 45 minutes, take off foil for last 5 minutes.
