Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb hamburger meat
3 Tbsp chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies or can of diced tomatoes
1 pkg (20 count) corn tortillas - cut in 1/8 pieces
1 pkg Kraft Velveeta Shredded Cheese

Let's Make It
Brown meat in deep pan with onion. When cooked, add all cans to meat, mix well, salt to taste and let cook at low to medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir often so it doesn't stick to pan.
Using a 9 x 13 pan, layer bottom with tortillas (enough to cover bottom). Add a layer of meat sauce and a layer of cheese. Add another layer of tortillas, sauce and cheese.
Place in oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes...enough to get cheese to melt.
