Peel potatoes and put in large pot to boil until soft. Hard boil eggs, rinse in cold water and peel.
When potatoes are cooled enough to handle, cut into large bite size chunks, put in large bowl. Chop up eggs and put in bowl with potatoes. Add chopped olives and sweet pickle relish. Add mustard, mayo, and salt to taste.
Mix everything until well blended. If mixture seems dry add more mayo, consistency should be moist.
