Brown hamburger; drain, let cool and set aside. Cook shells, stir often. Do not break or rip noodles. Rinse in cool water, set aside. In large bowl, mix hamburger and eggs. Add all the seasonings, parmesan cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella.
Meanwhile coat a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with 1/4 cup of the spaghetti sauce. Scoop meat mixture into cooked shells and arrange them in baking dish. Discard any unused shells. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over stuffed shells. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over top of shells. Cover with foil.
