Let's Make It
Preheat oven 450 degrees Fahrenheit. In large skillet heat the dressing and add the shrimp. Cook for 4 min. stirring frequently until shrimp turn pink. Set aside. In mixing bowl, mix the stuffing, the cheeses and the spinach until mixed well. Divide in 2 equal parts.
In an 8" x 11" glass container spread half of the cheese mixture, press well. On top of that add the drained shrimp, scatter equally. And then on top of the shrimp, scatter the remaining cheese mixture.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. ENJOY.
