Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Wash and dry chicken breasts. Spray two large pieces of foil with cooking spray. Season chicken with pepper and season-all and place on foil.
Divide veggies equally into sandwich baggies or small bowls (creating two helpings consisting of potatoes, carrots, and green peppers). Toss with olive oil and seasons. Place veggies on top of chicken. Place crumbled bacon and cheese on veggies. Top each packet with 1/4 cup cream of chicken. Fold top and sides of foil well, leaving room for heat circulation. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 35-40 min or until chicken juices run clear. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
