In a medium bowl, mix water and mushroom soup together.
Spread rice over the bottom of a glass 9x13 dish. Sprinkle 1/2 the onion soup mix over rice. Pour 1/2 the mushroom soup/water mixture over rice. Cover rice with green beans. Place chicken evenly over all. Pour on remaining mushroom/water soup mixture. Top with remaining onion soup.
Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Watch rice, may need more water.
