2 blocks Kraft Medium & 1 Block Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese OR 2 bags Shredded Medium & 1 bag Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
1 large box (16 oz.) elbow macaroni noodles, cooked

Let's Make It
Blend milk, eggs, salt and pepper together. Grate two blocks of cheese (1 medium/1 sharp and add to milk and eggs. In a large bowl, add cooked macaroni and milk mixture. Mix well.
Lightly spray baking dish, approx. 9"x14" with PAM or cooking spray. Pour macaroni mixture into baking dish. Once smoothed out in dish, cut remaining block of cheese in thin slices 1/8” thick and cover top of macaroni. Now take butter and do the same covering the cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F until cheese on top starts turning a light brown. Remove from oven and let stand approximately 15 minutes or until firm.
