1 Tbsp olive oil
4 boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Glaze
1 jar Smucker's Sugar Free Apricot Jam
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Pinch red pepper flakes

Let's Make It

Heat fry pan and add olive oil. Brown chicken on both sides. Don’t cook all the way. Take out of pan and dry pan with paper towel.

Put Smucker's Apricot Jam in pan and cook on med. heat till dissolved. Add balsamic vinegar and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Return chicken to pan and cook till done, approx. 15 min turning chicken to glaze.
