In crock-pot, place pork loin roast. Sprinkle with seasonings. Pour water around edges (enough to keep meat moist and create gravy).
Cook in crock-pot as recommended by manufacturer until tender.
Thicken juices with flour for gravy. Spread apple pie filling on top and allow to heat thoroughly. Remove from crock-pot, slice roast into serving pieces and serve with choice of potatoes, noodles, or rice.
