Original recipe yields 1 serving
4-5 chicken breasts
1 lrg jar (26 oz) salsa
1 can (15 oz. or 2 cups from carton) chicken broth
1 can (15 oz. or 2 cups from frozen bag) corn
Cooked rice
Shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend)
Sour Cream

Let's Make It

Put all ingredients in slow cooker EXCEPT for rice, cheese & sour cream.

Cook on low 6-8 hours.

Shred chicken and serve over rice, with sprinkle of cheese, some of the salsa/broth/corn mixture and a dollop of sour cream.
