Dissolve yeast in warm water and add salt. Melt margarine in milk, cool. (I microwave about 2 minutes). In large mixing bowl, stir together eggs and sugar. Add cooled milk mixture then add yeast mixture. Add flour and use dough hook to make dough, knead 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, let double, punch down and let rise again. Punch down and let rest 10 minutes. Divide dough into quarters, roll each quarter into a 10-12 inch circle. Cut dough like a pie into 12 pieces, roll wide end up and place on greased cookie sheets. Let rise.
